Join us for our Monthly Open Meditation

The world is presented to us so loudly that fear, separation, urgency, and the pressure to keep reacting spin within us. We are constantly drawn away from the depth of our own life. This monthly space of love and practice is a place to come back.

We sit together in stillness and awareness, and relearn the quiet heart that never deserts us. There is nothing special to become here. Come as you are and sit for a while on the steady earth of true self.

Find a quiet, uncluttered, and simple space where you can meditate, free from too much noise or visual distraction.

Please wear comfortable but beautiful clothing to share your human spirit.
- you are encouraged to have fun and to be uplifted by your engagement with your practice.

While in the meditation circle, please help us maintain a respectful space for presence and dialogue that upholds our core values of Satsang, Awareness, Community, Sustainability, Service, and Authenticity.
